My purpose is to inspire others to act as leaders. For them to have the Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes to create the desire in others to choose to follow them.

My vision is for our future leaders to be able to generate symbiotic relationships with the people around them, by expressing their own leadership behaviours of Valuing, Serving, Inspiring, Transforming and Acting as a leader.

Each micro-leadership behaviour, when scaled over time and through force of numbers, will not just build resilience, it will make you, and those around you, anti-fragile.
