Across 6 powerful modules delivered through twelve 90-minute evening sessions, you’ll be challenged to embody the leadership behaviours that truly make an impact: from self-regulation and service to values, vision, and change. Each session is active, immersive and designed to turn insight into action — the very next day.
Led by British Army veteran and leadership coach James Darnbrook, this small-group experience blends dynamic group learning with proven tools and physical activity to unlock the leader in all of us.

More about the CLIMB Leadership Program:
The program discovers, develops and transforms leaders at all levels and from all walks of life. It offers a safe, supportive activity space where people can come together to unwind from work, focus on learning to become better leaders and participate in fun guided remedial exercise. Most importantly it triggers real behavioural change in its participants.
The program is designed to be delivered to small groups. It is structured into a series of six 90-minute activity-driven face-to-face workshops designed to ignite your leadership journey. Each indoor workshop will focus on one of the 6 key leadership themes (behaviours) and will sequentially build on the previous workshop. Each leadership theme is supported by two carefully selected tools to support you in applying and actioning your newfound knowledge, which I refer to as Knowledge, Skills or Attitudes (KSA).
You will be encouraged to expand and reflect on these workshops by reading bespoke short and long-form articles and listening to the audio content. Each workshop is deliberately scheduled with an interval between successive workshops during which you will be encouraged to Act on what you have learned, Observe the effects of your actions and Reflect on the results.
